The alert software DeskAlerts has announced yet another service development, phased in to make the process of business communications easier in any language.
The latest addition to the ever expanding roster of improvements to the web-based notification software is an updated translation solution. Used by businesses around the world, from the USA and Europe to the Americas, Middle East, Asia and Australia, DeskAlerts is used to send desktop alerts and notifications to employees.
In a bid to help companies with diverse languages within their organization enjoy the same access to effective employee engagement strategies as monolingual organizations, a brand new ‘add new language options’ has been added to the DeskAlerts console.

Now, users can teach DeskAlerts to speak their language as easily as one, two, three thanks to our updated translation solution. This gives our clients the ability to translate the DeskAlerts console interface via an “add new language” option.
“Located under the settings menu, this feature offers an improved interface and functionality. What’s more, when the translation is complete, the result can be sent to the DeskAlerts development team for their input.”
DeskAlerts has already published a packed program of updates and new features this month, with functionality ranging from improved control panels and better sharing to web app access.
