A brand new survey carried out by DeskAlert as part of its research into business communications culture has found that ease of use is one the most important factors for corporations when selecting a new software service.
In its latest survey, the desktop alert system asked its clients to clarify their decision making criteria when faced with the need to procure a new software product. The surprising results showed that when an organization makes a decision to purchase a new software program the deciding factor is rarely cost alone. The study showed that most decision makes prize ease of use above budget with many also prioritizing how easy the platform is to access and how easy it is to understand.
