Business Communications in Multiple Languages Focus of Latest DeskAlerts System Development
The enterprise messaging system, DeskAlerts has turned its attention to organizations that do business in multiple languages for its first service updates of the month of June.
After a successful beta trial in Switzerland, DeskAlerts has confirmed that it will now roll out its all new multi language module to users across the globe. Multilanguage is a new feature which allows users to send their notifications in the preferred language of their recipient. This feature means that company communications can be synchronized across locations irrespective of the native language of the user.
With Multilanguage module, the DeskAlerts user would send their notification as usual and use the Multilanguage function to send the same content in varying languages. The recipient would then receive the notification in their own language, depending on the system language of the operating system on the target desktop.
Anton Vdovin, Project Manager at DeskAlerts, said, “For international organizations or customers where sending information in several languages an essential feature, we are proud to launch our innovative Multilanguage module.
“We first introduced this functionality to our Swiss customers – as a nation with four official languages it was the perfect test bed for this new option. Following an overwhelmingly successful response, this tool is now available from today to organizations in any country.”
